Schools – Community – Disabled
In partnership with Wigan Athletic and Wigan Sports Development, we run various school projects.
Latics Tiny Table Tennis is a project run between Wigan TTC and Wigan Athletic Community Trust. Latics Tiny Table Tennis is the start of a child’s journey within our great game.
The project introduces all the basic skills that are required to play table tennis. Our sport offers many benefits, the main ones being hand eye coordination, general fitness as well as using many parts of the brain .
The sessions are delivered in curriculum time within your school. We supply all the equipment, six midi size tables, bats, balls and a qualified table tennis coach. The main emphasis of the sessions is to have fun whilst learning.

Senior Schools / Colleges
We would be happy to hear from any schools and colleges that would be interested in having table tennis delivered by one of our qualified coaches.
A lot of pupils now take table tennis as a GCSE subject. Our coaches are able to deliver in curriculum time, to enable your pupils the best possible chance of gaining a high grade.
We can also help pupils that include umpiring as part of their GCSE.
Aerobic Table Tennis is a brand new female only community project. We are really excited about this project, which enables women to combine yoga, fitness and table tennis. For more information click here
Wigan TTC is an accredited ” Ability ” Club.
We encourage disabled people to come and join the club, and play our great game of table tennis.
